Our services

Light-duty through heavy-duty, roadside assistance, recovery work and hauling that isn't a vehicle at all — all of it on one number, answered twenty-four hours a day.

01 · Light-duty towing

Cars, SUVs & light trucks

The everyday call: it won't start, won't shift, or shouldn't be driven any further than it already has been.

How it gets loaded depends on the vehicle rather than on what's convenient. All-wheel and four-wheel drive generally belong on a flatbed with all four wheels off the ground; a front-wheel drive sedan is usually fine on a wheel-lift. Lowered cars, EVs and anything with limited ground clearance get a deck. Getting that decision right is most of what separates a clean tow from an expensive one.

02 · Medium-duty towing

Box trucks, campers & loaded trailers

The awkward middle weight. Too heavy for a light-duty truck to hook safely, not heavy enough to justify waiting on a full heavy-duty wrecker — and the category most likely to get an under-rated truck sent to it by somebody else.

Work vans, delivery and box trucks, motorhomes, travel trailers and loaded utility trailers all live here. If you're a fleet or a contractor with a vehicle down and a job stalled behind it, tell dispatch the weight and we'll tell you what we're bringing.

03 · Heavy-duty & semi towing

Tractors, trailers & full combinations

We tow all the way up to large semi tractor-trailers. When a commercial vehicle goes down, the clock is running on freight, on drivers' hours, and often on a lane of traffic.

Heavy-duty work is its own discipline: air systems have to be dealt with before anything moves, driveline and axle configuration dictates how the unit can be lifted, and a loaded trailer may need to be handled separately from the tractor. Call with the unit type, whether it's loaded, and where exactly it's sitting, and we'll bring what the job actually needs.

04 · Roadside assistance

The calls that don't need a tow

Plenty of breakdowns are twenty minutes of help rather than a trip on a truck. If that's all it takes, that's all you should pay for — so it's worth describing the problem on the phone before assuming the vehicle has to be hauled anywhere.

05 · Accident recovery & winch-outs

Off the road and back onto it

Ditches, soft shoulders, snowbanks, fields and the far side of a guardrail. Recovery is a different job from towing, and doing it badly is how a repairable vehicle becomes a write-off.

A winch pull has to be rigged from points that can actually take the load, at an angle that brings the vehicle out the way it went in. Done properly you get your car back with the damage it already had. Done carelessly you get bent panels, a torn bumper cover or a wrecked subframe on top of the original problem.

Accident scenes get the same care with a good deal more urgency — clearing a lane safely, sweeping up behind the vehicle, and getting it to whichever body shop you choose. Not the one someone else picks for you.

06 · Equipment & specialty hauling

Loads that aren't vehicles

A deck and a winch will move a great deal more than cars. Farm and construction equipment, skid steers, containers, sheds and small structures have all ridden out of here — including jobs that ended up across the state line in the Upper Peninsula.

If you're not sure whether something is movable, it costs nothing to ask. Give dispatch the rough weight, the dimensions and how it's currently sitting, and you'll get a straight yes or no rather than a maybe.

Vehicle storage

Sometimes the tow is the easy part and the decision is what's hard — waiting on an adjuster, on a repair quote, or on a part that's three days out. There's secure space in the yard on Hansen Rd, with cameras on it, so your vehicle isn't sitting on a street somewhere while you work that out.

Ask about storage when you call and we'll tell you what's available and what it runs, before it's parked rather than after.
