Green Bay, Wisconsin
Twenty-four hour towing for anything on wheels
Wilson's Towing runs out of 734 Hansen Rd in Green Bay, with a second location up in Niagara — so whether you're stuck on a side street, sitting on the shoulder of 41, or broken down somewhere north of town, there's a truck that can reach you.
The fleet is set up to cover the whole range rather than just the easy end of it. A sedan with a dead transmission and a loaded tractor-trailer with a blown air line both need towing, but they don't need the same truck — and sending the wrong one wastes your night and risks your vehicle. Dispatch asks what you're driving up front so the right rig leaves the yard the first time.
What people tend to remember afterwards isn't the equipment, though. It's that someone picked up at two in the morning, gave them an honest arrival time, and treated a bad night like it mattered.

What we do
Towing & roadside services in Green Bay
Most of our calls are the ordinary kind — a car that won't start, a flat on the shoulder, keys locked inside. But the trucks are rated well past that, which is why body shops, fleets and drivers with something big and immovable also end up on the phone with us.
One number covers all of it, at any hour, whether you need a wheel-lift or a heavy-duty wrecker.
More about servicesLight-duty towing
Cars, SUVs and light trucks, moved on a flatbed or wheel-lift depending on what your drivetrain and ride height can take.
02Medium-duty towing
Box trucks, work vans, campers and loaded trailers — the awkward middle weight that a light-duty truck has no business hooking to.
03Heavy-duty & semi towing
Tractors, trailers and full semi tractor-trailer combinations. If it's commercial and it's down, we have a truck rated for it.
04Roadside assistance
Jump-starts, lockouts, flat-tire changes and fuel delivery — the calls where you don't actually need a tow.
05Accident recovery & winch-outs
Off the shoulder, into a ditch, through a snowbank, or wrecked in an intersection. Winched out and cleared without adding damage.
06Equipment & specialty hauling
Farm and construction equipment, sheds, containers and loads that aren't vehicles at all. Give dispatch the weight and dimensions.

How a call runs
Four steps, no waiting around
You shouldn't have to wonder whether anyone is actually coming. Here's what happens between the moment you call and the moment your vehicle is where you want it.
-
Call dispatch
One number, answered day or night: (920) 664-3870. Tell us where you are, what you're driving, and what it's doing.
-
We confirm truck and ETA
We match the load to the right truck — wheel-lift, flatbed or heavy-duty — then give you an arrival window and a price before anything rolls.
-
Hooked and secured
The operator loads it the way your drivetrain and ride height require. All-wheel drive goes on a deck. Nothing gets dragged that shouldn't be.
-
Dropped where you want it
Your shop, your driveway, or our lot if you haven't decided yet. Either way you get told when it's there.
How we're set up
The right truck beats a fast truck
A tow goes wrong when the equipment doesn't match the vehicle. Between wheel-lifts, flatbeds and heavy-duty wreckers, we can put the correct rig under almost anything on the road here — and there's secure space in the yard for it to sit if you need a day or two to work out where it's going.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
One number, day or night
Answered by someone who knows the roads
Call us and you get a person, not a call centre three states away reading your address back to you off a map. Knowing where the Hansen Rd yard sits relative to 41, 172 and the east side is the difference between an accurate arrival time and a guess — and on the shoulder of a highway at night, that difference matters.
We'd rather spend an extra thirty seconds on the phone getting the details right than send the wrong truck and start over. So expect a couple of questions: what you're driving, whether it rolls and steers, and exactly where you are.

Frequently asked questions
Have some questions? We're here to help.
If yours isn't here, call dispatch at (920) 664-3870 — someone who actually drives the trucks will answer it.
How fast can you get a truck to me?
Dispatch is answered around the clock, and you'll get a real arrival window on the phone before you hang up. Travel time depends on where you are and what's already out on a call, so ask when you ring — we would rather tell you thirty minutes and be early than promise ten and leave you standing on a shoulder.
What size vehicles can you tow?
Everything from small cars all the way up to large semi tractor-trailers. Light, medium and heavy-duty are all covered. If you aren't sure where your vehicle falls, describe it to dispatch and we'll tell you which truck we would send.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes — twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, nights, weekends and holidays included. Breakdowns don't keep business hours, so neither do we. One number reaches us at any hour: (920) 664-3870.
What does a tow cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the distance and what's involved in getting it loaded — a car sitting in a parking lot and a truck nose-down in a ditch are not the same job. Call and describe the situation and we'll quote it over the phone rather than after the fact.
Can you tow things that aren’t vehicles?
Often, yes. Alongside cars and trucks we haul equipment, trailers, sheds and other loads that need a deck and a winch more than they need a hitch. Tell dispatch the rough weight and dimensions and we'll say straight away whether it's something we can move.
What areas do you cover?
Green Bay and the surrounding Brown County communities — Ashwaubenon, De Pere, Howard, Suamico, Bellevue — from the yard on Hansen Rd. We also run out of a second location in Niagara, which puts a truck within reach of the northeast corner of the state.
While you wait
Before the truck gets there
Five minutes of preparation makes the pickup faster and considerably safer — especially at night or anywhere near moving traffic. If anything about where you're standing feels unsafe, tell dispatch when you call.
(920) 664-3870- Get yourself and your passengers well clear of traffic — never stand between your vehicle and oncoming lanes.
- Hazards on, and set out triangles or flares if you carry them.
- Have your exact location ready: cross street, mile marker, or the dropped pin from your phone's map.
- Know the vehicle — year, make, all-wheel drive or not, and whether it still rolls and steers.
- Take your keys, wallet, charger and anything else you'll need before it leaves on the truck.
If it needs moving, ask
What ends up on our decks
Small cars all the way up to large semi tractor-trailers — and a fair amount that isn't a vehicle at all. If you don't see your situation on the list, describe it when you call.
